The MiG-3  was one of the new generation fighters entering service when the Germans invaded USSR in June 1941. This booklet is then dedicated to this relatively unknown aircraft which remained in service during the early war years in the East. Photos, colour profiles and scale drawings illustrate this booklet, the last chapter being dedicated to the evolution of the plane which lead to the more famous MiG-15.
